My Chemical Romance has confirmed a new album and released an animated short film titled 'Prelude to The End' featuring voices from Billie Eilish and Phoebe Bridgers. The band's 20th anniversary edition of 'The Black Parade' reached number one on the UK charts, while they faced legal action from the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders over stage costumes that were later discontinued. Live performances from Hoboken and a surge in fan interest in rare album art have accompanied their recent resurgence.
