Terms of service

1. Purpose
These terms of service govern access to and use of awarefan, a music news aggregator operated by PRAGM.AGENCY. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Service access
awarefan is currently in closed beta: access and account creation require an invitation code. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability, and may change or be discontinued.
3. Account and minimum age
Creating an account requires a valid email address. The service is not intended for people under 15; by creating an account, you declare that you are at least 15 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity carried out from it.
4. Use
You agree to use the service in compliance with the law and not to disrupt its operation (unauthorized access attempts, automated mass extraction, etc.).
5. Third-party content
awarefan aggregates and quotes news, titles and images from third-party sources (press, artists’ official platforms, public databases). This content remains the property of its rights holders; awarefan provides an excerpt and a link to the source, without full reproduction, and is not responsible for the content of the third-party sites it links to.
6. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Liability
awarefan makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the aggregated information but cannot guarantee its completeness or that it is free of error, as the content comes from third parties. PRAGM.AGENCY cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to use of the service.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account area. PRAGM.AGENCY may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
