The Fall's final studio album, 'Post Script', is set for release in September, featuring recordings made before frontman Mark E. Smith's death. The band's legacy continues to be honored in their hometown with a mural, while recent releases and tributes, including a track from the new album and a posthumous single '30 Degrees', highlight ongoing interest in their work. Critics, including Smith's fiancée and last manager, have questioned the album's commercial motivations.
