Chillwave releases, week 41

This week in chillwave, Grimes unveils her AI-inspired album Psy Opera, leading a wave of introspective releases. New tracks from Carly Rae Jepsen, strongboi, and Ghostnaut highlight the genre’s blend of nostalgia and electronic experimentation, while collaborations like M1NT and blnkspc_’s baracuda and Fredi Casso’s Solar Jam bring fresh textures. Lane 8 extends the mood with a four-hour mixtape premiere, and emerging voices like Nori and Nahokimama add depth to the season’s evolving soundscape.
