Releases of the week
Dance-rock releases, week 41
· 5 releases
This week in dance-rock, new releases highlight both fresh entries and archival material. Adult DVD launches their self-titled debut, blending driving rhythms with synth-laden textures. The Prince Estate shares a raw version of 'Calabama,' originally reworked with added horns, while a previously unreleased live album from Prince is set for November. EMF also prepares to mark the 35th anniversary of 'Schubert Dip' with deluxe editions, and Chumbawamba's 'Tubthumping' is revisited as a defining alternative number one.
