This week's drone music releases highlight a diverse range of sonic explorations, from Kali Malone's meditative 'Burning Song' and Sarah Davachi's contemplative 'The Will of Tongues' to Chat Pile's intense new album 'Who Loves the Sun'. New works from Abul Mogard, Klara Lewis, and Windy & Carl with Optigan Conservatory further expand the genre's boundaries with live recordings, enigmatic textures, and layered soundscapes. Additional releases include Fine's 'Jazz Dreams', Dead Sea Apes' 'Psychic Tension', and Aaron Dilloway's 'No Skill Comedy Mind Reading', alongside collaborative efforts from Sutekh Hexen & Hissing and the PRISM Quartet. The week also features a reissue and a live performance from the progressive trio Spider Kitten.
