Electronica releases, week 36

This week in electronica, a range of new releases and archival material highlights both innovation and legacy. From The Avalanches' expansive new album featuring collaborations with Rivers Cuomo and Mike Patton to M83's introspective tenth record, the genre continues to evolve through diverse sonic explorations. Notable reissues, live recordings, and tribute projects underscore a deepening engagement with past works, while emerging artists and fresh collaborations signal ongoing momentum. The week also reflects on milestones, including Avicii’s final set and AURORA’s decade-long debut anniversary.
