Instrumental hip hop releases, week 36

This week's instrumental hip hop releases highlight collaborative energy and archival discoveries, from Erykah Badu and The Alchemist's forthcoming album Before the World Blows to Busta Rhymes uncovering a previously unreleased track featuring J Dilla and D'Angelo. New projects from Unwind Project, Three Cities, One Garden, and AHNAMUSICA bring fresh textures and interplay between saxophone, rhythm, and mood. Meanwhile, 9th Wonder and Black Thought near completion of a long-anticipated collaboration, and standout tracks from mommy, Alecs DeLarge x Freddy Pimms, and Gnarly add depth to the week's offerings.
