New wave releases, week 44

This week's new wave releases highlight both archival rediscoveries and fresh artistic expressions. Remastered concert footage of David Bowie's 1978 'Stage' performance and reissues of early albums by Madness and Blancmange reflect a continued interest in the genre's foundational works. New music from Bryan Adams, Peter Gabriel, and A Slice Of Life, alongside reworkings of classics by Nouvelle Vague and Cyril with Tones and I, demonstrate the genre's enduring influence. Meanwhile, announcements from Ministry and The Romantics underscore the evolving legacy of new wave pioneers.
