Alex Van Halen has been recognized with a knighthood in the Netherlands and reunited with David Lee Roth onstage at TEDxFargo, marking their first public appearance together since 2015. Meanwhile, tensions persist with former vocalist Sammy Hagar, who has responded critically to Van Halen's remarks about the band's legacy, calling him a 'complete idiot.' A 1974 Van Halen demo titled 'Glitter' is set for official release alongside a limited-edition book by Alex Van Halen.
