Candlemass performed at London Metalfest with guest vocalists after Johan Langqvist's hospitalization, and the band is currently developing material for a new studio album, having completed roughly half the tracks. The group is also set to appear at the 2027 Maryland Deathfest, joining acts such as Enslaved, Voivod, and Ancient Death.
