Davido is active in the Nigerian music scene with multiple high-profile engagements, including a three-night residency at Lagos’ National Theatre in December and a headlining role at Afro Nation Portugal 2027 alongside Rema and Fally Ipupa. His songs continue to influence a new generation of artists, with 2010s Afropop hits like 'Oriade' and 'B4 B4' being submitted for 2027 GRAMMY consideration and now being sampled in contemporary tracks. He also features on FOLA’s new album '9' and performs at Afro Plus Fest 2026 alongside Wizkid, Tems, and Alkaline.
