Davido is set to headline Afro Nation Portugal 2027 alongside Rema and Fally Ipupa, and will perform a three-night residency titled 'ORIADE: The Residency' at Lagos’ National Theatre in December. He has also released a cinematic video with Leon Thomas, collaborated on a remix with Yung Miami, and is among the top nominees for the 2026 Headies Awards. However, his public profile has been affected by a social media dispute with Erigga and a performance ban in Edo State following a clash with the governor.
