Garbage is set to perform a free concert in Mexico City's Zócalo, highlighting their ongoing live activity. The band's frontwoman, Shirley Manson, celebrated her 60th birthday, while bassist Jennifer Finch of L7 passed away at 59 after a battle with brain cancer, prompting tributes from Tom Morello, Violet Grohl, and others.
