Gnarls Barkley has announced its first tour in 18 years, featuring CeeLo Green, but will not include Danger Mouse, who is celebrating his birthday amid the news. The reunion tour, titled 'To Whom It Still Concerns,' has been canceled, marking a shift from earlier plans. The band's return comes after years of speculation, though the absence of Danger Mouse signals a departure from the original collaboration.
