French death metal band Gorod has announced their eighth album, The Ember Gone, featuring the single 'Remains,' described as the most epic and intense track on the record. The band had planned to perform at Petit Bain on September 6, 2026, alongside Allegaeon, but canceled their appearance at the Panic Fest due to wildfires near Bordeaux. They have reflected on how real-world events have impacted the album's release and their touring plans.
