Jimmy Eat World has announced a 25th anniversary tour for their album Bleed American, including dates in Australia and a special event at the Hollywood Bowl with The Format to celebrate landmark albums. The band recently canceled some tour dates due to frontman Jim Adkins recovering from emergency surgery, but has since resumed performances, including a notable show at Brooklyn's venue. The band's enduring influence is highlighted by renewed interest in the album, including a reprise of 'Bleed American' by Evergreen Terrace and retrospective reviews of their impact on the emo genre.
