L7 has released a new single, 'Loma Linda,' recorded in 2003, and announced a revised lineup following the death of bassist Jennifer Finch at age 59 after a battle with brain cancer. A posthumous memoir by Finch is scheduled for release in January 2027, while tributes from musicians including Tom Morello, Garbage, and Billie Joe Armstrong have honored her legacy. The band's recent activities reflect both a continuation of their musical output and a commemoration of Finch's impact on the grunge and punk-metal scenes.
