LCD Soundsystem has announced a 2026 New York City residency, including a 100th show milestone, while also commemorating the 20th anniversary of their album '45:33'. The band's influence extends beyond their own tours, as seen in a viral fan-made World Cup anthem and a tribute from The Strokes' Julian Casablancas, who praised frontman James Murphy as a legendary figure in indie rock.
