Miley Cyrus has announced her new album 'Bass Persuades,' which has debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, marking her first chart-topping studio album. The release includes the club-ready single 'Bass Persuades' and follows her sold-out Hollywood Bowl comeback shows, while she also reflects on lessons from her late godmother Dolly Parton and hints at future concert residency plans. Her father Billy Ray Cyrus has commented on her decision to drop the surname 'Cyrus' professionally.
