Nick Lowe's musical legacy is being revisited as key milestones in his career are marked, including the 50th anniversary of 'So It Goes,' the first release by Stiff Records, and the 15th and 25th anniversaries of 'The Old Magic' and 'The Convincer' respectively. His work from the late 1970s, particularly the parallel album releases with Dave Edmunds using the same backing band, continues to draw attention. Additionally, his 1990 lyrics are noted for their prescient influence on later internet culture, including the Rickroll phenomenon.
