Pablo Alborán is set to launch his 'Global Tour KM0' in the U.S. in 2027, following a recent cancellation of a Spain concert due to severe pneumonia, which he cited as requiring complete rest. He has also released the collaborative single 'Deditos Cruzados' with Riza and is scheduled to perform at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards alongside artists including Tito Double P, Ozuna, and Kapo.
