Additional performances of Tannhäuser in Zurich, Rienzi in Bayreuth, and the complete Ring cycle in Budapest highlight a broad revival of Wagner's works. Marie-Nicole Lemieux expressed deep personal connection to Wagner's music during the festival, particularly the Wesendonck Lieder.
