Simply Red is set to headline a new event at a cricket ground, continuing their presence in the UK music scene. The band, led by Mick Hucknall, remains active with upcoming performances including a debut at Rock N Roll Circus in London. Hucknall, who wrote one of the band's major hits at just 17, continues to be central to the group's ongoing activities.
