Xiu Xiu has announced 'Eraserhead Xiu Xiu,' a new album inspired by David Lynch's film Eraserhead, featuring a cover of 'In Heaven' and a reimagined soundtrack. The project follows the release of a remix EP by Andrew Jim Gannon titled 'Hydrate The Folds! Refolded,' which includes contributions from Xiu Xiu and Ibibio Sound Machine. The band also confirmed a tour to accompany the album's release.
