Art punk releases, week 39

This week in art punk, Protomartyr unveil their new album 'Exalted Eagles,' continuing their exploration of societal decay and personal reckoning. The Fall's final release sparks debate as Mark E. Smith's fiancée labels it a 'cash grab,' while new tributes and reissues highlight the genre's enduring influence. Seattle's The Phantom Eyes offer a darkwave take on DEVO’s 'Puppet Boy,' and Gang of Four's 'Entertainment!' marks its 47th anniversary. Meanwhile, a long-lost Italian prog gem and an industrial tribute to SUICIDE see their first global CD releases.
