Accept is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a series of concerts in France, including performances featuring former singer David Reece, who is reconnecting with founding member Wolf Hoffmann after decades. Hoffmann has expressed sadness over the lack of participation from other former members on the anniversary album, while also noting that work on a new studio record is not yet underway. Meanwhile, the band's legacy is being honored with tributes from musicians across the metal scene.
