Billy Duffy of The Cult was initially denied entry to the U.S. before joining Guns N' Roses on tour, while former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley released a new single featuring former Pantera members and Duffy. The Cult also commemorated the 25th anniversary of their album Beyond Good and Evil, and their 1985 record Love was included in a list of top 80s albums.
